General Shipping Information

We ship orders to all 50 US States as well as Puerto Rico and Canada. If you would require shipping outside of these areas, please contact us.

Most orders placed before 12 PM PST ship the same business day. Orders places after 12 PM will ship the next business day. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If there are any issues or delays with your order, or if it requires additional information to process, we will contact you via email.

For orders shipped outside of the United States, the customer is responsible for any and all taxes, fees, tariffs, and customs charges.

Shipping Options

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $75! For US orders under $75 and outside of the US, please see the chart below.

Your order may ship via USPS or UPS and should arrive within 2-5 business days for US orders and 3-10 business days outside of the contiguous US.

Free Shipping applies to merchandise only. Taxes, Duties, Gift Cards and oversized shipping charges do not count toward the Free Shipping total.

Taxes + Duties

Prices displayed on the website do not include sales tax. State and local sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of California. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at chekcout. No additional duty charges are applicable to shipments within the US.

For orders shipping outside of the US, please note that taxes and duties may apply, as well as additional fees charged by the shipping carrier. All applicable customs charges, import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for you to receive your package.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you. To ensure that you receive order-related emails, please be sure to include a valid email address with your order. If you do not receive your confirmation and tracking email, please check your spam folder.

You can also track your package by signing in and visiting the My Account page and finding your order number.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We're happy to offer Free Return shipping service for all US orders within 30 days of delivery!

At this time, we are unable to offer free return shipping on orders outside of the United States and its territories. For orders delivered outside of the US, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on ShopPromesa.com for return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition with original tags attached and should include the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any return for any reason. If a return is received and the item is found to be damaged or otherwise in unsellable condition, it will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

Promesa merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to the location where it was purchased. Please contact the individual boutique or store for their return policy.

All returns must be authorized and can be requested using the form on the Contact Us page. When contacting us, please include your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for your return. Once your return is approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you. Orders returned without prior authorization are subject to processing delays. If we require additional information to process your return, we will contact you via email.

To be eligible for a refund in the original form of payment, return requests must be made within 15 days after your order is delivered. After 15 days, returns will be eligible to receive store credit only.

After 30 days all sales are considered final and the order may not be returned. All return requests must be made within 30 days of the order delivery date.

Returns must be shipped back to us within 2 weeks after your return request is approved. Returns shipped after this time may be refused and, if accepted, will be eligible for store credit only.

If a refund is approved, your original form of payment will be credited in the amount of the original purchase price, less any discounts received, plus any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refundable except in cases of manufacturer defect or error. Once your refund has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note that refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to be posted to your account.

If you would prefer to exchange any part of your purchase for a different size, color, etc, please include a note in your return package stating which item(s) you wish to receive in exchange. Any price difference between the original and exchanged items will be charged/credited as appropriate.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, a replacement will be shipped to you.

  • Jewelry.
  • Bodysuits.
Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt and report any damage or defect to us using the Contact Us form. If you have received a damaged or defective item, we will ship a replacement item as soon as possible. If you prefer a refund instead of replacement, refund requests for damaged or defective items must be made within 5 days of delivery. After 5 days, a replacement will be sent to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order becomes lost in transit or if it is stolen, please inform us immediately by using the form on the Contact Us page. Once reported, we will replace your lost or stolen order as soon as possible. Replacement requests for lost or stolen packages must be made within 5 days of the expected delivery. Refunds will not be issued for lost or stolen packages unless the items ordered are no longer available.
