- Promesa offers FREE standard shipping to the USA on all orders over $150. Orders under $150 will be charged a $10 shipping fee.
- Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. If there is a delay or any other issue with your order, you will be contacted via email.
- Your order may ship via USPS or UPS and should arrive within 1-5 business days, depending on your location.
- Orders shipped outside of the US will be shipped via DHL and transit times will vary.
- To be eligible for a refund, all return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.
- To offset the cost of return shipping, $10 will be deducted from the refund for each US order and $20 will be deducted for each international order.
- Returns coverage may be purchased at checkout for $3.98. Purchasing this coverage entitles the customer to free return shipping and waives the regular return shipping fee.
