We offer Free Standard Shipping on US orders over $50! For US orders under $50, see shipping costs below. We all ship to Puerto Rico and Canada! If you require shipping outside of these areas, please contact us.

Shipping Cut-Off Times

Most orders placed before 1 PM PST ship same business day. Your order may ship via USPS or UPS standard shipping (ETA: 1–5 business days) unless you select an alternative. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If your order requires additional information to fully process, we will be in touch by email.

Orders placed after the shipping cut-off time, will ship out the following business day.

Taxes + Duties

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. Sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of merchandise, and will be sent via email.

No additional duty charges are applicable to shipments within the US.

Tracking Information

Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for you to receive your package.

No additional duty charges are applicable to shipments within the US.


We're happy to offer Free Return shipping service for all orders within 90 days of delivery!

All returns must be authorized and can be requested using the form on the contact page. When contacting us, please include your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for your return. Once your return is approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you.

Item(s) returned without prior authorization (RMA) are subject to delays and/or refusal. If accepted, all unauthorized returns are subject to a restocking fee of $10 or 15%, whichever is greater. This restocking fee will be deducted from the customer's refund or store credit.

If we require additional information to process your return, we will contact you via email.

Return Requirements
  • Merchandise must be returned within 90 days of the order delivery date; after 90 days all merchandise is considered final sale and may not be returned
  • Merchandise must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached

To be eligible for a refund in the original form of payment, returned orders must be received by us within 30 days after your order is delivered. If a refund is approved, your original form of payment will be credited in the amount of the original purchase price, less any discounts received, plus any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refundable except in cases of manufacturer defect or error. Once your refund has been processed, we will send you an email with a receipt. Please note that refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to be posted to your account.

After 30 days, returns will be eligible to receive store credit only.

Store Credit

Get more with store credit! If you choose to receive your refund in the form of a ShopPromesa merchandise credit within 30 days after the delivery of your order, we’ll issue an e-gift card for the full purchase price of your returned items, plus an additional 5%. Example: If your return totals $50 and you choose store credit, you’ll receive a merchandise credit in the amount of $52.50. Now there’s more reason to shop with more confidence!

No refunds will be issued for returns received past 30 days of delivery and store credit will be issued without 5% bonus.


If you would prefer to exchange any part of your purchase for a different size, color, etc, please include a note in your return package stating which item(s) you wish to receive in exchange. Any price difference between the original and exchanged items will be charged/credited as appropriate.
